Multiple guests per month? Yes. Same guest every week? Also yes.
Essential members can have 1 session booked at a time. Executive members can have 2 sessions booked at a time. This ensures fair access to the schedule for all members.
If John has the Essential membership and wants to book a session for Friday, he can book that. However, if John also wants to book a second session before the Friday session occurs, he can either upgrade to the Executive membership or he can purchase a one-time add-on of $25 and book a secondary upcoming session.
The Light membership includes 1 Massage (Priority Booking) and 3 Stretch sessions (Non-Priority) per month.
Your 1 Massage is fully confirmed at the time of booking, just like our higher tiers.
Your 3 Stretch sessions are subject to Non-Priority rules and will be fully confirmed at 11PM PT the day before your appointment.
For stretch sessions, if an Essential or Executive member books your slot before 11PM PT the day before, your appointment will be canceled to accommodate them.
