To ensure everyone gets consistent care, we use a structured priority system based on your membership tier.
Light Membership: You receive one fully confirmed massage per month and access to three flexible Non-Priority stretch sessions. Non-Priority sessions are confirmed at 11PM PT the day before your appointment. If an Essential or Executive member books that same slot before 11PM PT, your appointment will be canceled to accommodate them. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time to bypass this rule.
Essential & Executive: These tiers receive unlimited Priority bookings. The primary difference is how many sessions you can have on the books at once. Essential members can book 1 session at a time, while Executive members can book 2. Once your current session is completed, you can immediately book your next one(s) up to your tier limit.
This system ensures that high-demand slots are available for our most dedicated members while still providing incredible value for our Light members.
